摘  要:采用高温固相法合成尖晶石LiMn2O4,从掺杂Al3+稳定晶体结构和包覆抑制锰的溶解两方面来改善尖晶石LiMn2O4的高温电化学性能。实验表明,改善后的正极材料在高温50℃且0.5 C(C=120 mAh/g)下的首次放电比容量为93.3 mAh/g,循环50次后的放电比容量为82.8 mAh/g,比空白样品提高34.1 mAh/g,容量保持率达到88.7%,比空白样品提高39.8%。Spinel LlMn204 cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries were prepared by solid-state method. Different with the conventional methods, two methods were used to Improve the cycling performance of spinel cathode material even at elevated temperature. Al-doped could stabilize the structure of LiMn2O4, and surface coating could inhibit the dissolution of manganese. LiMn2O4 doped with Al^3+ and coated with LiAlO2 could deliver 93.3mAh/g of discharge specific capacity in the first cycle at 0.5 C (O=120 mAh/g) at 50 ℃. After 50 cycles, the discharge specific capacity was 82.8 mAh/g, which was 34.1 mAh/g higher than the blank sample and the capacity retention is 88.7%, which is 39.8% higher than the blank sample.
