摘 要:微逆变器系统中的DC/DC功率变换具有输入电压低且电压范围宽、输入电流大以及输出电压高的特点。因此微逆变器系统要求DC/DC变换器具有高升压比、高效率和宽输入范围适应性的特点。LLC谐振变换器很好地符合这些要求。为此,研究了应用于微逆变器系统的数字控制的升压型LLC谐振变换器,提出了基于最佳励磁电感的LLC谐振变换器谐振腔参数设计方法,采用TMS320F28335DSP芯片实现了LLC谐振变换器的数字控制,详细地给出了软件系统的实现方法。最后制作了一台300 W样机,额定输入电压下满载效率为96.6%,最高效率达96.8%,全输入电压范围内满载效率在96%以上。The DC/DC power conversion of micro-inverter system has the characteristics of low input voltage, large input current, wide input voltage range and high output voltage. So DC/DC converter is required to have the characteristics of high step-up, high efficiency and wide input adaption by the micro-inverter system. LLC resonant converter perfectly satisfies these requirements. For this reason, digitally-controlled step-up LLC resonant converter applied in micro-inverter system was studied in this paper. The design method of the resonant tank based on optimal magnetizing inductance was proposed and digitally-controlled realization of LLC resonant converter was presented in detail using a kind of DSP chip named TMS320F28335. Finally, a three-hundred-watt prototype was build. The full load efficiency is 96.6% under rated input voltage together with 96.8% maximum value, and the full load efficiency reach above 96% under whole input range.
