摘 要:冰钢转炉在吹炼过程中风口区及风口上方区域炉衬蚀损严重,其蚀损状况决定炉寿高低。通过对富氧吹炼前后被腐蚀镁砖样的X射线衍射分析和光学显微分析表明,富氧吹炼前风口区以金属Cu沿耐火砖裂缝与毛细孔侵染为主,风口上方区域则以Cu_2S为主,伴有少量的金属Cu和Fe_3O_4。而采用富氧后均为以金属Cu为主,伴有少量的Cu_2S和Fe_3O_4。风口上方区域炉衬被侵蚀的状况有明显减轻。研究还表明吹炼的热力学条件和流体力学因素对炉衬的蚀损有影响。 研究结果为富氧吹炼条件下改进炉衬结构、工艺操作和提高炉寿提供科学的依据,并在生产中取得了显著的效果,上述部位改用镍铬砖后,炉寿提高到400炉次以上。Lining corrosion determining the durability of converter near tuyere and its up-side zones for matte converter is serious. XRD and SEM analyzing the samples of magnesial bricks corroded near the zones by air and oxygen-enriched blow have shown that the main phenomena are contaminating Cu along the crevices and capillary of the refractory near tuyere zone, and are Cu_2S accompanied by less Cu and Fe_3O_4 near tuyere's up-side zone by air blow. Both are Cu accompanied by Cu_2S and Fe_3O_4 by oxygen-enriched blow, and the condition of lining corrosion near tuyere's up-side zone is lightened evidently. At the same time, it also has been shown that the thermodynamics conditions and fluid mechanics factors have influence on lining corrosion. The results may provide scientific basis for improving lining structure and technological operation and increasing durability. The lining durability has exceeded 400 heats when the lining near tuyere and its up-side zones is changed to magnesite-chrome bricks.
