摘　　要：目的观察注射用炎琥宁联合思密达灌肠治疗小儿秋季腹泻的效果。方法选择102例小儿秋季急性腹泻的患儿，随机分为对照组、炎琥宁组和联合组各34例。对照组给予对症支持治疗，炎琥宁组在此基础上给予炎琥宁静脉滴注，联合组则在炎琥宁组的基础上加用思密达灌肠治疗，并加强肛周的局部护理，观察3组患儿疗效。结果联合组和炎琥宁组的疗效显著高于对照组，联合组疗效显著高于炎琥宁组。结论注射用炎琥宁联合思密达灌肠治疗小儿秋季腹泻具有显著效果，但要注意加强肛周的局部护理。Objective To observe the effect of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate for injection （PSDS）combining with smecta enema treatment on children with autumn diarrhea. Methods 102 children patients with autumn diarrhea were selected and divided into the control group, the PSDS group and the combination group with 34 patients in each group. The control group received symptomatic supportive treat- ment, based upon this, the PSDS group received PSDS, and the combination group adopted PSDS and smeeta enema treatment. The treatment effect was compared between the three groups. Results The effect of the PSDS group and the combination group was better than the control group, the effect of the combination group was better than the PSDS group. Conclusions Combination of PSDS with smecta enema treatment for children with autumn diarrhea has significant effect, but enough attention should be paid to perianal nursing.
