低碳型新农村建设视角下高等教育发展探析

摘　　要：低碳型新农村是低碳经济在新农村建设与发展中的实现形式。建设低碳型新农村为高等教育发展拓展了新的空间,而高等教育的发展为低碳型新农村的建设提供智力支撑。目前,我国高等教育的供给数量、质量和结构等都不能满足低碳型新农村建设的需求,需要从观念和制度上深化高等教育改革,以适应低碳型新农村建设的要求。The low carbon new countryside is the model of realization of the constructing and developing the lowcarbon economy of the new rural areas. The construction of low carbon new countryside expands the new space of higher education, and the development of higher education provides intellective support for the low carbon new rural construction. At present, support from higher education in the form of quantity, quality and structure can not meet the demand of the construction of our country＇ s low carbon new rural areas. We should profoundly reform the higher education with regard to our ideology and system so as to adapt to the demand of the low carbon new rural construction.
