摘　　要：慢性肾衰竭(CRF)是指各种慢性肾脏病进行性进展,引起肾单位和肾功能不可逆地丧失,导致以代谢产物和毒物潴留、水电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱以及内分泌失调为特征的临床综合征,常常进展为终末期肾衰竭。其患病率和病死率高。如何对CRF进行早期防治,延缓CRF的病情进展,降低尿毒症的发病率,已成为各国十分关注的一个问题。中医药治疗本病具有一定的优势。文章结合我科临床经验,阐述中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭的思路与方法,突出中医特色,提倡中西结合治疗,提高慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。Chronic renal failure （CRF） is a clinical syndrome of metabolism product and toxics retention water electrolyte, acid-base disorders and endocrine disorders. It is caused by all kinds of chronic kidney disease progressive progress, and arises from the irreversible loss of renal unit and renal function. It often progresses to end-stage renal disease. Its prevalence and case fatality rate are high. How to prevent and treat chronic renal failure in its earlier, delay its progress and reduce the incidence of uremia has become a hot issues in the world. Traditional Chinese medicine for this disease has certain advantages. Combined with our clinical experience, the article elaborated the idea and method of TCM treatment in chronic renal failure, highlighted the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, and advocated with combined therapy of Chinese and western, to improve the clinical efficacy of chronic renal failure.
