摘　　要：手术过程中创伤、疼痛、出血等因素均可产生明显的免疫抑制作用,尽管研究表明这种免疫抑制是暂时的、可逆的,但是其恢复时间受诸多因素影响,长短不一。一般而言,患者病情重、基础情况差或手术创伤大者,抑制时间会较长。而针刺可通过对免疫系统内不同免疫细胞和免疫分子的作用,调节这种免疫抑制状态,使机体失衡的免疫功能趋向正常。During surgery, trauma, pain, bleeding and other factors can produce significant immunosuppression, although studies have shown that this immune suppression is temporary and reversible, but the recovery time is affected by many factors, of varying lengths. In general, patients with severe illness, basic conditions were poor or surgical trauma, inhibition time is required. And acupuncture on the immune system by different immune cells and immune molecules role in regulating the immune suppressed, so that imbalances in the body＇s immune function tend to be normal.
