摘　　要：文章分别从传统艾灸法、创新艾灸法、其它艾灸法三方面对有关艾灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究进行综述,结合其治病的机制机理,分析艾灸临床研究缺乏标准化的现状。探讨如何能更好地改变"重针轻灸"格局,改善艾灸日益萎缩的趋势;尤其在临床实践方面继承和发展艾灸技术,在机制机理研究方面寻找客观、确实可信的证据,进而完善相关理论的迫切性。This paper reviewed the clinical study of moxibustion treating on knee osteoarthritis from traditional moxibustion, innovated moxibustion and other moxibustion aspects, combining with its mechanism of treating diseases, analysed the current situation of lack of standardization on moxibustion clinical research. We explore how to change the situation of ＇highlighting needle ignoring moxibustion＇ , improve the trend of moxibustion gradually declining. Especially in inheriting and developing clinical practices, hunting for objective, confirmed evidence in mechanism study and completing relatived theory was urgent.
