摘　　要：目的:比较大蓟不同极性部位在炮制前后整体化学成分的变化,初步探讨大蓟炮制增效的物质基础。方法:将大蓟生品和大蓟炭品用75%乙醇提取再经萃取得到不同极性部位,采用HPLC法进行分析,比较其不同极性部位的HPLC图谱。结果:生大蓟经炮制后,原有成分含量发生变化。以氯仿和乙酸乙酯部位含量变化尤为明显。结论:大蓟不同极性部位炮制前后化学成分发生变化。Objective： Compare the changes of whole chemical constituents in different polar parts of Cirsium japonicum, and preliminarily discuss the material base of synergistic effect after process. Methods： Different polar parts were extracted from raw Cirsium japonicum and its carbon form by 75% ethanol. HPLC method was used to analysize and compare different images. Results： Raw Cirsium japonicum constituents had changed after processing. Among them, the content changes of chloroform and acetic ether were obviously apparent. Conclusion： Major parts changes of processed Cirsium japonicum were confirmed preliminarily, which would lay a foundation to further discover process mechanism of Cirsiumjaponicum.
