摘  要:目的:比较大蓟不同极性部位在炮制前后整体化学成分的变化,初步探讨大蓟炮制增效的物质基础。方法:将大蓟生品和大蓟炭品用75%乙醇提取再经萃取得到不同极性部位,采用HPLC法进行分析,比较其不同极性部位的HPLC图谱。结果:生大蓟经炮制后,原有成分含量发生变化。以氯仿和乙酸乙酯部位含量变化尤为明显。结论:大蓟不同极性部位炮制前后化学成分发生变化。Objective: Compare the changes of whole chemical constituents in different polar parts of Cirsium japonicum, and preliminarily discuss the material base of synergistic effect after process. Methods: Different polar parts were extracted from raw Cirsium japonicum and its carbon form by 75% ethanol. HPLC method was used to analysize and compare different images. Results: Raw Cirsium japonicum constituents had changed after processing. Among them, the content changes of chloroform and acetic ether were obviously apparent. Conclusion: Major parts changes of processed Cirsium japonicum were confirmed preliminarily, which would lay a foundation to further discover process mechanism of Cirsiumjaponicum.
