摘 要:目的制定土元胡的质量标准,评价不同产地土元胡的质量,并鉴别研究常见伪品。方法依照药典薄层色谱鉴别不同产地的土元胡及常见伪品,并依照药典附录测定不同产地土元胡的水分、灰分和醇溶性浸出物等检测项目。结果薄层色谱条件可区分土元胡与常见伪品"夏天无"。10个土元胡测定样品中,水分含量最高3.17%,最低12.01%;总灰分含量最高2.74%,最低1.03%;采用热浸法测定醇溶性浸出物含量最高13.50%,最低7.16%。结论薄层色谱条件可有效地区分土元胡与常见伪品"夏天无",新增的水分、总灰分、醇溶性浸出物的实验结果可作为建立土元胡药材的质量标准提供实验依据。Objective To establish the quality standard of Corydalis humosa Migo, and evaluate the quality of Corydalis humosa Migo from different area, and identify its common counterfeit. Methods TLC indentification of Corydalis humosa Migo from different area and its counterfeit were done according to Chinese Pharmacopeia. Conventional items such as water, ash and alcohol soluble extractive were tested on Corydalis humosa Migo from different area according to the method in the addendum of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results Corydalis humosa Migo could be effectively identified from its common counterfeit "corydalis" . Among the 10 samples, the highest water content was 13.5% and the lowest was 7.16%; the highest total ash content was 2.74% and the lowest was 1.03%. The content of alcohol soluble extractive was tested with hot dipping method, the highest and the lowest was 13.50% and 7.16%, respectively. Conclusion TLC was an effective method to distinguish Corydalis humosa Migo from its common counterfeit "corydalis" . The newly-added testing results of water, ash and alcohol soluble extractive can provide experimental basis to the establishment of quality standard of Corydalis humosa Migo.
