摘 要:太钢尖山磁铁精矿属高铁、高硅、超细粒度铁精矿。实验室试验及工业试验表明 ,烧结配用尖山精矿时 ,如果强化制粒措施不力 ,随尖山精矿配比升高 ,大约精粉率每提高10 % ,烧结利用系数下降 2 %~ 3% ,烧结矿转鼓强度也有下降趋势 ;采取强化制粒措施后 ,烧结多配用尖山精矿不会影响其产量 ,且烧结矿冶金性能完全满足高炉冶炼的要求。The annual nominal capacity of Jianahan Iron Mine of TISC is 1.6 Mt magnetite concentrates. This concentrates is characteristic with high TFe content, high SiO_2 content and super-fine size. The laboratory tests and industry trials both had shown that productivity would decreased by 2% and tumble strength would decreased by 1 percenage point respectively when concentrate rate increased by 10% with no intensified-granulation measures were taken. As countermeasures were adopted, the productivity would not be decreased even if the proportioning rate of Jianshan concentrate increased. The metallurgical properties of the Jianshan concentrate-adding sinters are completely meet the needs of ironmaking.
