摘　　要：介绍了莱钢 2× 10 5m2烧结工艺设备状况及原料条件 ,对 6 0 0 mm厚料层烧结生产进行了技术总结。The countermeasures for improving sinter quality adopted by Shaogang sintering plant were presented in this paper, they are using a large quantity of imported fine ores,increasing the stability of mix ore fines, increasing the stability of revert material, using the moisture proof, dust prevention and vabracation proof new type electronic balance, increasing the accuracy of balance, strictly management etc. After these countermeasures realized , the percentage of passing quality sinter was increased to 93%.
