摘 要:随着网络教学的不断发展,越来越多的人开始意识到网络教学资源的重要性。本文将自组织理论引入网络教学资源的构建过程中,让参与网络学习的学生也能加入到教学资源的共建共享活动中,通过教学互动促进教学资源的自增长,从而为师生不断提供大量针对性强、形式和内容丰富的教学资源。同时,设计和实现了基于SNS的网络学习社区,在学习社区中实现教学资源的自组织构建。本文设计的网络教学资源自组织构建方法,在南京大学"数字化教学资源库"建设中得到了验证,对其他高校的教学资源建设也有很好的借鉴和指导意义。With the continuous development of e- learning, more and more people are beginning to realize the importance of network learning resources. This paper brought the self- organization theory into the construction process of network learning re- sources, let the students studying in the network can also participate in the eo- construction and sharing activities of learning re- sources, promoted the self- growth of learning resources by the interaction of teaching and learning, so as to provide a large num- ber of highly targeted learning resources those rich in forms and content for teachers and students. At the same time, it designed and implemented a learning community based on the network learning community, realized the self- organization construction of learning resources in the SNS learning community. In this paper, the mentioned self- organization construction method of network learning resources has been verified in the eomtrucfion of Nanjing University "Digital Learning Resomees Library", and it also has a good reference and guidance in the construction of the learning resources in other colleges and universities.
