摘　　要：作者在对陕西高校图书馆联盟现状调查的基础上,采用层次分析法和德尔菲法通过对联盟资源共建共享、联盟效力、用户感知、共享绩效相互关联因素的系统分析,设计了一套陕西省图书馆联盟绩效评价指标体系,旨在提升陕西高校图书馆联盟信息资源建设质量和服务水平,为联盟的运作和发展提供参考依据。Based on the survey of the status quo on the library alliance of universities in Sbeanxi, by way of Antic Hier- archy Process and Delphi Method, through systematic analysis on the co- construction and sharing of the library alliance＇s re- sources, effect of the alliance, users＇ sense, effect of sharing and related factors, the article put forward an evaluating index sys- tem for the library alliance of universities in Shaanxi, being aimed at improving the quality of information resource construction and service for library alliance of universities in Shaanxi so that offering references to the operation and development of the library al- lianco.
