摘　　要：体育赛事的公平性是其健康发展的根本动力,造成其结果异常的行为会损害体育赛事的生命力。从我国现有法律体系出发,探讨体育赛事过程中各种异常因素出现的原因,对我国现有体育博彩业法律体系进行分析。认为:法规依据不完善和对参与赛事过程的因素监管不力是造成赛事结果不确定性的主要原因。借鉴其他国家在体育立法领域的经验,建立、健全具有可操作性的博彩管理制度。通过完善体育立法和打击体育赛事中的贿赂行为、非法赌博行为等,保障体育赛事的公平性。Sport fairness being the driving force to develop sport healthily, the behaviors which lead to the abnormal results will impair the vitality of sport events. Based on the current Chinese legal system, the study analyzes the factors leading to abnormal results in the process of sport event as wall as the current legal system of sport lottery industry. The study points out that imperfect legal basis and incompetent supervision in sport event are the leading reasons to cause the uncertainty of competition results. At the same time, such things as using the experiences in sport legal system from other countries for reference, building the complete lottery management system, perfecting sport system and attacking bribery and illegal gambling can be done to guarantee the fairness of sport events.
