温州现代服务业人才需求的调查与分析

摘　　要：发展现代服务业有利于保障温州经济可持续发展。通过对温州现代服务业企业进行随机调查,结果表明,企业规模较小,分布不均;高层次人才尤其是核心专业技术人员较为缺乏;企业人力资源开发观念不强,激励机制不完善。因此,政府、行业协会和企业必须重视人才培养问题,打造温州现代服务业人才队伍。Developing the modem service industry will ensure the sustainable development of Wenzhou economy. A random survey made into Wenzhou enterprises of the modern service industry shows that the scale of enterprises is small with uneven distribution; the high-level personnel, especially the core professionals are in short supply; the concept of developing human resources is not strong, and the incentive mechanisms are imperfect. Therefore, the government, industry associations and enterprises must attach importance to personnel training to build a team of modern service industry personnel in Wenzhou.
