摘　　要：纵观改革开放30年安徽农村土地流转的历史变迁,大体上可以分为萌芽、试点和探索、高潮和调整、加速发展和新时期发展五个阶段。安徽省农村土地流转具有一些明显的特点,与此同时也存在着一些制约土地流转进程的障碍性因素。土地产权制度改革与土地流转的规模、进度和效率息息相关,加大农村土地产权制度改革力度是推行安徽省土地流转进程行之有效的做法。Making a general survey of three decades historical changes of land circulation of rural areas in Anhui province; it generally can be divided into five stages： germination, pilot and exploration, climax and adjustment, the acceleration of development and the new era development. Rural land circulation in Anhui province has some obvious features. Meanwhile, there also exist some barrier factors which restraining the land circulation process. The reform of Land property rights system is closely linked with the scale, progress and the efficiency of land circulation. The effective practice to promote land circulation process in Anhui province is to increase the reform strength of the rural land property rights system.
