摘 要:民营企业成长中的内生性增长制约和外生性环境变化,家族文化制约凸显。而历史维度的文化惯性效应和现实维度的文化供给乏力,成为家族文化转型的瓶颈。化解民营企业文化转型困境,调节文化资源供求失衡,要发挥政府的制度设计、企业的文化自觉、社会的环境营造等多方的合力效应。The growth restriction and environmental change during the development of Private enterprise shows it is restricted by family culture. Not only the historical dimension cultural inertial effect but also the inadequate supply of realistic cultural re- sources? become the weak link in the family cultural evolution advancement. To resolve the problem of private enterprise cultural transformation and the unbalance between cultural supply and demand, we must play the joint effect of government system design, enterprise culture consciousness and social support in every way.
