摘　　要：高等职业院校是培养高技能人才的摇篮，高职大学生思想政治工作是高等职业教育的重要内容。新时期高职院校学生思想政治工作将面临学生理想信念的蜕变、教育管理方式的改变等新情况。对此，高职院校要进行认真的分析和研究，探索新的方法与对策，建立教书育人、管理育人、服务育人、环境育人“四育人”和党政工团齐抓共管的机制，形成学校、家庭、社会“三结合”的大教育体制，努力提高新时期高职大学生思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。The higher vocational college is the cradle of fostering highly-skilled talents. Higher vocational college students＇ ideo- logical and political education is the core education of higher vocational education. This paper makes an analysis of the current situation of the higher vocational college students＇ ideological and political education in the new period.
