摘　　要：胡锦涛同志从中国特色社会主义事业的高度提出了必须加强领导干部政绩观建设,对树立正确的政绩观作出了一系列重要论述,科学地回答了什么是政绩、为谁创造政绩、如何创造政绩、怎么衡量政绩等重大问题。提出了"一切工作都要经得起实践、群众和历史的检验"等观点,形成了胡锦涛同志的科学政绩观,具有重要的理论和现实意义。Comrade Hu Jintao from the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics puts forward must strengthen the leadership cadres construction concept, to establish the correct view of achievements was made a series of important discuss,replied scientificly what is political,who create achievements,how to create the achievement in one＇s post, how to measure the performance of major issues such as.
