摘　　要：由于家庭养老执行者的多样性,每一个养老执行者都没有发挥养老效能,使得农村老年妇女的生活陷入困境,养老形势十分严峻。如果解决了农村女性老年人的养老问题,实际上就是解决了养老安排中最棘手的问题。此外,老年妇女具有高稳定性的特征,家庭成员的活动往往围绕着女性老年人展开,农村女性老年人的养老问题成为家庭内部各种矛盾的中心。如果她们的养老问题得到有效的解决,家庭的各种危机及压力就会缓解。所以,农村养老制度的设计必须以农村妇女为核心来考虑。Because of the variety of executors in family support for the old, every executor does not fully play its role of supporting the old, which makes the life of rural elderly women get into troubles, and the family support for the old as a whole is becoming more and more serious. If the problem of family support for the elderly women in rural areas can be solved, the most knotty problem of supporting the old is solved. Besides, elderly women has the characteristics of high sta- bility, and the activities of family members are always carried out by taking consideration, so family support for rural elderly women becomes the center of tions for many families. If the problem can be solved effectively, family crisis be alleviated. Therefore, the system design of family supporting for the old in elderly women into internal contradic and pressures may rural areas should take rural elderly women as the center for consideration.
