2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清内脂素与HCY和CRP的相关关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清内脂素水平及临床意义。方法共选取研究对象116名,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清内脂素水平以及同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。全自动生化仪测定空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(T-ch)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血尿酸(UA)等生化指标,高压液相法测定糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死组血清内脂素水平较正常对照组明显升高。其中HCY和CRP升高的2型糖尿病组血清内脂素水平较HCY和CRP正常的2型糖尿病合并脑梗死组明显升高,内脂素与HCY和CRP均呈正相关。结论内脂素与HCY和CRP呈正相关,并且是导致动脉粥样硬化的重要因素。Objective To study the Type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction visfatin levels and clinical significance.Methods 116 subjects were selected.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in serum visfatin levels,same-sex cysteine（HCY） and C-reactive protein（CRP）.Automatic biochemical analyzer fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（T-ch）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,uric acid（UA）.measured in HPLC determination of glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）.Results Cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes serum visfatin levels were significantly higher than the normal control.HCY and CRP elevated serum levels of type 2 diabetes was significantly higher than HCY and CRP levels normal cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes.Visfatin with HCY and CRP were positively correlated.Conclusion Visfatin with HCY and CRP were positively correlated,and lead to an important factor in atherosclerosis.
