服用紧急避孕药对胚胎发育影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨服用紧急避孕药对胚胎发育的影响。方法对辽宁省人民医院妇科门诊2010年10月～2011年3月就诊的要求行人工流产术患者中,妊娠期间服用紧急避孕药者23例为研究组,随机抽取2个月有相同条件的未服用任何药物患者51例为对照组,超声测量妊娠囊大小。结果两组患者均为未生育,妊娠天数<50d,年龄、停经天数、妊娠次数均无统计学差别(P>0.05)。研究组与对照组比较妊娠囊大小有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论服用紧急避孕药可能影响胚胎发育。Objective To analyze the influence of taking emergency contraception for the development of embryo. Methods The patients undergoing abortion between Oct.2010 and Mar.2011 were studied retrospectively in People＇s Hospital of Liaoning Province. All patients were classified two groups： research group （n=23）, who took emergency contraception during the pregnancy, and control group （n=51）, who did not take any medication were the random sample of 2 months with the same conditions. The size of gestational sac was measured by transvaginal ultrasound. Results The two groups in patients age, days of pregnancy ,and times of pregnancy were not significantly changed（P〉0.05）, where there was no history of reproduction,the days of pregnancy in this 〈 50 .There were significant different in the size of gestational sac （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking emergency contraception may effect embryonic development.
