摘　　要：目的探讨CIK联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的护理方法。方法回顾性总结40例CIK联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的护理方法和效果。结果 1例出现发热全身出冷汗,1例胸闷气促,及时对症治疗护理,未出现严重不良反应,同时患者食欲、体力、睡眠、精神状态比单纯行化疗时明显改善。结论化疗联合CIK细胞免疫治疗能减轻患者化疗不良反应,在治疗过程中注意做好全面护理,严密观察生命体征及回输后的毒副反应,严格无菌操作等,能有效提高患者免疫功能,提高患者的生活质量,延长患者生存期。Objective To study the safety in therapeutic process,this article will discuss the nursing methods of CIK combination chemotherapy treatment in treating malignant tumor.Methods To review 40 examples of the nursing methods of CIK combination chemotherapy treatment.Results Among the 40 examples,one got fevered and cold sweat;one got chest distress.There is no serious adverse reaction when the patient got symptomatic treatment in time.Meanwhile,patients became better in appetite,spirit,sleeping condition then got chemotherapy treatment purely.Conclusion CIK combination chemotherapy treatment could reduce adverse reaction,promote immune function and the quality of life,and lengthen patients life as long as patients got comprehensive care in therapeutic process,close observation of vital signs and adverse reaction,and aseptic technique in treatment,etc.
