去氧孕烯炔雌醇片在青春期功血及控制月经周期上的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)在治疗青春期功血的临床疗效和控制月经周期的临床效果。方法将72例青春期功血患者随机分为37例妈富隆组和35例倍美力组。妈富隆组采用妈富隆治疗,初始剂量和用药时间是根据阴道出血量的多少选用,之后对患者随访半年。倍美力组根据妈富隆组的阴道出血量情况,应用结合雌激素片倍美力,一次间隔时间约为6小时,患者的病理处于同时期。结果妈富隆组在止血时间、显效时间及成功率上明显优于倍美力组,月经周期控制相似。同时妈富隆组突破性出血的发生率(1.57%)小于倍美力组(2.79%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功血疗效显著,副作用小,使用简便。Objective To investigate the effect ofmarvelon and estrogen （ mummy ） in the treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding： clinical efficacy and clinical effect to control the menstrual cycle. Methods 72 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomLy divided into 37 cases of marvelon and premarin group in 35 cases. Mummy Fulong group by Marvelon, initial dosage and duration of medication is based on the amount of vaginal bleeding how selection, and the patients were followed up for half a year. Premarin groups according to mummy Fulong group vaginal bleeding volume, application of Conjugated Estrogens Tablets Premarin, an interval of about 6 hours, patients with pathology in the same period. Results The mummy Fulong group in the hemostatic time, effective time and success rate than the Beimeili group, similar to the menstrual cycle control. At the same time Marvelon group breakthrough bleeding incidence （1.57%） less than Beimeili group （2.79%）, the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Marvelon treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding obvious curative effect, little side effect, easy to use.
