摘  要:目的分析维生素B12和叶酸对运动能力影响的生物化学机制及补充方法,为耐力运动员和大众健身人群预防、纠正恶性贫血提供理论支持。方法采用文献综述研究方法,通过阅读参考国内外文献33篇,对维生素B12和叶酸促进红细胞成熟,提高耐力运动水平,预防恶性贫血的机制进行全面系统论述。结果明确了维生素B12和叶酸对运动能力影响的生物化学机制,适量补充维生素B12和叶酸有助于防止恶性贫血的发生。结论根据维生素B12和叶酸作用的生物化学机制,补充时应采取配伍服用的方法,成人维生素B12适宜的补充剂量为2.4μg/d,叶酸为400μg/d,运动员大强度运动训练时可适量增加。Aim To analyze the biochemical mechanisms of the effects of vitamin B12 and folic acid on exercise capacity and their complementary approaches and to provide theoretical support for the prevention and correction of pernicious anemia for endurance athletes and fitness community.Methods Literature review research methods are adopted.By reading 33 domestic and foreign references,the mechanism of vitamin B12 and folic acid for promoting the maturity of red blood cell,improving endurance exercise level and preventing pernicious anemia is investigated systematically and comprehensively.Results The biochemical mechanism of the effects of vitamin B12 and folic acid on exercise capacity is made clear,and the suitable supplementation of vitamin B12 and folic acid can help prevent the occurrence of pernicious anemia.Conclusion Based on the biochemical mechanisms of vitamin B12 and folic acid,compatibility should be taken for the supplementation of vitamin B12 and folic acid.2.4 μg/d of vitamin B12 and 400 μg/d of folic acid are suitable for adults,while athletes can increase the dose of vitamin B12 and folic acid in high-intensity exercise training.
