摘 要:在分析某矽卡岩型缓倾斜中厚矿体开采技术条件的基础上,提出堑沟受矿空场采矿嗣后充填法,并开展了采矿工业试验。结果表明,新型采矿方法矿石回收率为81.33%,贫化率为14.18%,采切比只有8.56 m/kt,炸药单耗为0.34 kg/t,技术经济指标较好。同时,通过在斗穿中安装减阻导流板,采用堑沟受矿方式,应用中深孔扩漏一次成形及孔底起爆技术,能有效提高放矿效率和生产能力,改善爆破效果。On the basis of analysis of mining technical condition of a skarn type gently inclined me- dium thick ore body, trench receiving ore open stope mining afterwards filling method was proposed, and mining industrial test was done. The result indicated, the technical and economic indexes of new type mining method were good, with ore recovery rate 81.33% , rate of dilution 14.18% ,ratio of extraction- to-cut only 8.56 m/kt, explosive consumption 0.34 kg/t . Meanwhile, install drag reduction deflector in drawing chute,using treneh receiving ore method and medium-length hole leakage expanding once sha- ping and hole-bottom initiation technology, could improving ore-drawing efficiency and production capaci- ty effectively and blasting effect.
