摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道2μm激光治疗良性前列腺增生症患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结北京军区总医院263临床部普通外科收治的142例中重度良性前列腺增生症患者经尿道行2μm激光前列腺汽化切除术的围术期护理要点。结果 142例患者术后恢复良好,均康复出院,无护理并发症发生。结论认真做好围术期的护理,对于减少术后并发症和提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing methods of 2 μm laser vaporization for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.MethodsThe perioperative nursing measures of 142 patients with moderate to severe benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by 2μm micron laser were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsAll the patients recovered well and were discharged without nursing complications.ConclusionWell prepared perioperative nursing plays an vital role in reducing the perioperative complications and improving patients’ life quality.
