摘  要:目的探讨利用PDCA循环法提高手术室眼科显微器械的清洗质量。方法应用PDCA循环工作程序,找出存在的问题,进行分析整改、培训考核,并检查成效及跟踪评价。结果实施PDCA 6个月后,器械清洗质量由90%提高到100%,器械清洗可追溯性由76.7%提高到96.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用PDCA循环法可对手术器械清洗各环节进行及时管理和控制,规范了手工清洗流程,提高了眼科显微器械的清洗质量。Objective To discuss the effects of Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA) recycle in improving cleaning quality of ophthalmic microsurgery instruments.MethodsThe problems in cleaning ophthalmic microsurgery instruments were detected,analyzed and rectified with PDCA recycle as a guide.The nurses were trained,examined and tracking evaluated before and after the application of PDCA.ResultsAfter six months’ application,the cleaning quality passing percent increased from 90% to 100% and the rate of traceability increased from 76.7% to 96.7%.Differences were significant.(P〈0.05).ConclusionWith the application of PDCA recycle in the management and control of each link in cleaning ophthalmic microsurgery instruments and in the implementation of normative cleaning process,the cleaning quality of ophthalmic microsurgery instruments is improved significantly.
