改良膀胱冲洗器在双腔气囊导尿管间断膀胱冲洗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良膀胱冲洗器在双腔气囊导尿管间断膀胱冲洗中的作用。方法在自制改良膀胱冲洗器的基础上,将124例行间断膀胱冲洗的患者按奇偶数分为研究组(62例)和对照组(62例),分别采用改良法和传统法进行间断膀胱冲洗,并在冲洗后对两组的冲洗效果进行评估和比较。结果研究组发生脱管和漏液例数及尿培养细菌检出率均低于对照组,冲洗液浪费量、操作时间及冲洗器材料费均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论改良膀胱冲洗器在间断膀胱冲洗中具有良好的冲洗效果,符合预防导尿管相关尿路感染的要求,建议在临床工作中加以推广和应用。Objective To investigate the effects of improved bladder douching device in intermittent bladder douching of double-antrum air chamber catheterization.MethodsBased on improved bladder douching device,124 patients undergoing intermittent bladder douching were divided into experimental group（n=62） and control group（n=62） according to odd and even numbers.Patients in the control group were treated with the traditional method of intermittent bladder douching,and those in the experimental group were treated with the modified method.The douching effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared after treatments.ResultsCompared with the control group,the number of leaking and detaching cases and the rate of bacterial detection were significantly reduced and the waste fluid volume,operating time and supplies expenses were significantly decreased in the treatment group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.ConclusionImproved bladder douching device boasts good douching effect on intermittent bladder douching,which follows up the requirements for catheter-associated urinary tract infection and deserves further promotion in clinical work.
