腔镜尿道会师术与开放手术治疗尿道损伤的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨腔镜下尿道会师术的技术要点,比较腔镜手术与开放手术尿道会师术的优缺点。方法回顾性分析15例腔镜下尿道会师和23例开放手术尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤的临床资料,比较2组手术时间、术中失血量、术后住院时间、尿道狭窄发生率和最大尿流率等指标。结果腔镜治疗组尿道狭窄发生率、最大尿流率、手术时间、术中失血量和术后住院时间均显著少于开放手术组(P<0.05)。结论腔镜尿道会师手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快、术后效果可靠,是优于传统开放手术的替代方法。Objective To explore the key points of endoscopic urethral realignment surgery, and to compare the advantages and disadvantages between the endoscopic realignment surgery and open urethral realignment surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 15 patients who underwent endoscopic urethral realignment and 23 patients who underwent open surgery for urethral injury. Operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, inci dence of urethral stricture and maximum urinary flow rate were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Compared with patients treated with open surgery,the incidence of u- rethral stricture,maximum urinary flow rate,operation time, blood loss and postoperative hospi- tal stay significantly decreased in patients treated with endoscopic urethral realignment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic urethral realignment is associated with shorter operative time,less trauma, quicker recovery and more reliable results when compared with open surgery for urethral injury.
