摘 要:目的探讨护理干预对胃癌术后患者生存质量的影响。方法选取220例胃癌患者为试验对象,按随机数字表法分为护理干预组(110例)和常规护理组(110例)。护理干预组除给予常规的治疗护理外,重点给予护理干预,指导患者饮食、康复运动、心理调节,加强其家庭和社会支持;对照组给予常规的治疗护理,观察并比较2组患者的生存质量。结果护理干预组患者与常规护理组患者治疗后3个月的总生存质量和各分量表生存质量均低于治疗前;但护理干预组患者在给予全面护理干预后,治疗后3个月的总生存质量和各分量表生存质量下降程度明显小于常规护理组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论在治疗期间和康复阶段给予胃癌患者持续性的护理干预后,可明显改善患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life after surgery for gastric cancer. Method A total of 220 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 110 patients in each group. All patients were given routine nursing care. The intervention group was additionally given nursing interven- tion, including diet guidance, rehabilitation exercise, psychological adjustment and enhancing fami- ly and social support. The quality of life was compared between the two groups. Results Total quality of life scores and subscale scores significantly decreased 3 months after treatment in both groups. Moreover,total quality of life scores and subscale scores in control group reduced more obviously than those in intervention group (P〈0.001). Conclusion Nursing intervention can im- prove the quality of life in patients with gastric cancer during treatment and rehabilitation phase.
