烟草凝结物对家兔胚泡酶活性的影响及维生素的保护作用

摘　　要：本项研究以观察烟草凝结物是否对植入前胚泡有危害为目的 ,以孕 7天家兔胚泡为试验材料 ,用体外和体内处理的方法进行测试。由体外试验的结果表明烟草凝结物对孕 7天家兔胚泡的LDH活性无明显的影响 ;对SOD活性有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时伴有LPO含量的显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。The components of cigarette smoke are embryotoxic vitro and in vivo.To learn whether they are toxic to blastocysts or not,day 7 rabbit blastocysts were obtained and cultured in DMEM with cigarette condensate,and evaluated for changes of LDH,SOD LPO and protein.When 0.05 ml cigarette condensate was added for 4 hours,LDH and protein were not significantly different from control;but there was a statistically significant decrease in SOD (P<0.01)and a increase in LPO(P<0.05).In addition,to prove the protective effects of vitamin against the toxicity,cigarette condensate and vitamin C and E were administered to the animals before the day 7 blastocysts were obtained and evaluated for changes of LDH,SOD,LPO and protein.Only when the animals were administered with 0.16 ml cigarette condensate per day for 7 days,a little increase in SOD and decrease in LPO were noticed.We propose that the toxicity of cigarette smoke was also reactive towards thiols,which was the same as the embryotoxicity,and vitamin C and E may be important roles in protecting blastocysts from the harm of cigarette smoke.
