摘 要:选取了13种涤棉混纺机织物,运用KES织物风格仪对织物经纬向弯曲刚度、剪切刚度进行测量,运用XDP-1织物悬垂性测试仪对试样进行悬垂性测试。对测试数据进行相关分析和回归分析。从而得出结论:涤棉机织物的静态悬垂系数与各项力学性能间相关性较强;静态悬垂系数与经向弯曲刚度有如下关系:Y=72.8+10.73X,其中Y表示静态悬垂系数,X表示经向剪切刚度。13 polycot blend woven fabrics have been selected. KES Fabric style instrument has been used to measure the fabric bending stiffness and shearing rigidity and XDP-1 fabric drape tester has been used to test the drapability of the samples. Correlation analysis and regression analysis have been made on the testing data and the following conclusion has been drawn. The static drape coefficient ofpolycot woven fabrics has close correlation with various mechanical properties. The static drape coefficient and the bending stiffness are related as follows: Y=72.8+10.73X, among which Y stands for static drape coefficient and X stands for longitudinal shearing rigidity.
