摘  要:以聚脂纤维为经线、尼龙为纬线,采用直捻法加捻,席纹组织织造,生产帆布输送带骨架材料,并研制出由溶剂体系、粘合体系和阻燃体系三者协同作用的阻燃浸胶配方,优化浸胶工艺参数,使输送带强力增加的同时兼具阻燃效果,以满足特殊领域的使用要求。This project uses the polyester fiber as warp and the nylon as weft to produce the framework material for canvas conveyor belt. Direct twisting and weaving with hopsack organization are adopted in the production process. Dipping formulation with flame retardancy with a synergistic effect of solvent system, adhesive system and flame retardant system has been developed to optimize the process parameters in dipping technology, which increases the strength of the conveyor belt as well some special domains. as the flame retardant effect so as to meet the requirements in
