慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者牙周基础治疗对牙周状况及血清C反应蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者牙周状况及血清C反应蛋白的影响。方法选择该院2009年1月—2011年12月慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者26例作为观察组,同期慢性牙周炎患者26例作为对照组,两组均行牙周基础治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前、后探诊出血(BOP)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)以及血清CRP水平的变化情况。结果治疗后1个月,两组患者BOP阳性率、PD、AL、血清CRP水平跟治疗前比较均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙周指数BOP阳性率、PD、AL与CRP水平呈正相关(r=0.879,r=0.531,r=0.585,P<0.05),对照组BOP阳性率、PD、AL与CRP水平呈正相关(r=0.782,r=0.720,r=0.690,P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗能够明显改善慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者牙周状况,有效降低患者血清CRP水平。Objective To explore the effect of periodontal foundation treatment on serum CRP level and periodontal condition in patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 26 patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from Jan.2009 to Dec.2011 were served as observation group and 26 patients with chronic periodontitis served as control group.Parameters including probing depth（PD）,attachment loss（AL）,bleeding on probing（BOP） and serum C-reactive were measured before and after treatment and compared between the two group.Results After 1 months of treatment,two groups of patients with the positive rate of BOP,PD,AL,serum CRP levels were significantly decreased than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Observation of periodontal index group the positive rate of BOP,PD,AL and CRP levels were positively correlated（r=0.879,r=0.531,r=0.585,P〈0.05）,the control group the positive rate of BOP,PD,AL and CRP levels were positively correlated（r=0.782,r=0.720,r=0.690,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The periodontal foundation treatment is helpful in improving periodontal status and decreasing the serum CRP level in patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
