摘　　要：目的　观察洋金花伤膏治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的疗效和安全性。方法　急性闭合性软组织损伤患者 40 5例 ,治疗组 (即洋金花伤膏组 ) 30 4例 ,对照组 (即麝香追风膏组 ) 10 1例 ,按照中药新药指导原则 ,采用双盲、随机对照的方法进行观察。结果　治疗组总有效率 96 4% ,两组有显著差异 (P<0 0 5 ) ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Yangjinhua gao (YSG) for the treatment of acute closed soft tissue injury Methods Of 405 cases,304 were treated with YSG(treated group)and 101 cases with Shexiang Zhuifenggao(control group) Double blind method and comparison method were used in the study Results The total effetive rate of the treated group was 96 4%,obviously higher than 90 1% of the control group(P<0 05) No side effect was found in clinical practice Conclusion The study indicates that YSG is an effective medicine for external application in the treatment of acute closed soft tissue injury
