摘　　要：随着医改的深入,有效的内控体系对提高医院管理水平具有积极的意义。文章对医院内控体系建设过程中容易发生的关键问题进行了分析,指出问题的表现形式,并针对其表现形式提出防范对策,以便为完善医院内控体系作贡献。As the new healthcare reform going further, an effective internal control system becomes very important to the improvement of hospital management. Some major problems are analyed in the development of hospital internal control system. Different aspects of the problems and proper strategies are put forward to prevent them accordingly.
