大肠菌群检测纸片质量标准研究

摘　　要：为了促进我国大肠菌群检测纸片质量的标准化，早日成为正规的商品化诊断用品，本文对大肠菌群检测纸片的质量标准进行了研究，提出了一个质量标准方案，包括检测项目、方法及标准。敏感性：同一浓度的大肠菌群菌液纸片ｃｆｕ计数≥平板ｃｆｕ计数的３５％；特异性：常见非大肠菌群餐具污染菌在检测纸片上无大肠菌群样反应，并对大肠菌群生长无干扰；吸附力≥５０％。经实际应用认为可行，能对检测纸片的优劣作出判别，对检测纸片的质量监督起到促进作用。In this paper we studied the Quality standard of Coliform test paper and put forward a scheme of Quality standard of Conform test paper. Susciptibility: The cfu number on Coliform test paper≥35% cfu number on plate came from same bacteria solution. Specificity: Non-coliform bacteria on the tableware has no reaction like coliform, and has no interfence to the growth of conform. Adsorption capacity to bacteria: ≥50%. This scheme includes detection items and methods too. After practice, This standard could judge the Quality of Conform test paper and distinquish the good from bad. We consider, this study will promote the study on standardization of Coliform test paper.
