悬挂式积放储运系统的设计

摘　　要：本文介绍了悬挂式储运输送系统的电气设计方案,重点介绍了控制系统的构成,硬件的组态及软件的编程调试等内容。控制系统选用西门子S7-300 PLC及ET200S构成现场控制网络,采用WINCC上位机系统通过RFID读写相关信息实现对库区的控制,并能实时显示库区内的工件信息,并进行故障统计查询等。系统具有安全可靠、技术先进,操作简便等优点。It describes the electrical applications for the storage and conveying system of the hanging conveyor. It is importance for the application including the structure of the control system,the hardware configuration,and the method for the programming and debugging etc.. The application uses the PRODIBUS-DP network with the S7--300 PLC and ET200S to control the conveyor with the information which is read and write by the RFID with the WINCC, and display the states of the conveyor and the position of the work--piece. It is reliable using the safety advanced technologies and easy operations etc.
