超重环境下微波辐射对大鼠血清降钙素的影响

摘　　要：探讨超重环境下微波辐射对大鼠骨代谢的影响。采用Wistar大鼠,在6 G环境下进行200 mW/cm2的微波照射,检测各组大鼠血清降钙素含量、血清钙含量、血清磷含量、酸性磷酸酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性,并观察林蛙油和角鲨烯的干预效果。结果表明,超重环境下微波辐射可导致大鼠血清降钙素含量降低,血清钙、血清磷含量升高,酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性降低;林蛙油干预后对降钙素含量降低及血清钙含量升高起到一定的保护效果。提示超重环境下微波辐射可促进实验大鼠的溶骨作用而抑制成骨作用;林蛙油干预的保护性效果优于角鲨烯。To investigate the effect of microwave radiation in overweight environment on bone metabolism in rats,Wistar rats were exposed to microwave of 200 mW/cm2 under the ＋6 G environment,and then the concentrations of calcitionin,calcium,phosphorus and the activity of tartrateresistant acid phosphatase（ACP） and alkaline phosphatase（ALP） were detected in serum.The intervention effects of Rana sylvatica Le conte oil and spinacene were observed.The serum calcitionin concentration and the activity of ACP and ALP decreased,while the calcium and phosphorus concentrations increased after the effect of microwave radiation in overweight environment.The intervention of Rana sylvatica Le conte oil had protective effect to the decrease of calcitionin content and the increase of calcium concentration to some extent.These results imply that the effect of microwave radiation in overweight environment enhances osteolysis and inhibits osteogenesis in rats,and the protective effect of Rana sylvatica Le conte oil is better than spinacene.
