母痔区剥扎加注射术治疗Ⅲ期环状混合痔120例

摘　　要：目的 :观察母痔区剥扎加注射术治疗Ⅲ期环状混合痔的疗效。方法 :对环状混合痔的3、 7、 1 1点 3个母痔区行外痔剥离内痔结扎 ,对其余内痔用“安痔注射液”注射治疗 ,术中不松解肛门括约肌。结果 :1 2 0例治愈 1 1 2例 ( 93 33% ) ,显效 8例 ( 6 67% ) ,全部有效。疗程 1 4d～ 2 5d ,平均 1 6 5d。术后 0 5a随访 ,有随访结果者 93例 ,除 3例偶有肛门潮湿外 ,无一例继发肛裂和肛门狭窄。结论 :母痔区剥扎消除原发痔 ,配合注射术 ,对组织损伤轻 ,疗效较好 ,术后无后遗症 ;术中不切开肛门括约肌 ,可防止远期复发。Objective:To observe the effect of treatment of Ⅲ stage circular mixed hemorroid by using ablation and ligature with injection of primary hemorrhoid area.Methods:In the 3,7,11 three clock points of primary hemorrhoid area of circular mixed hemorrhoid,we performed ablation for external hemorrhoids and ligature for internal hemorrhoids.In the rest of internal hemorrhoid,Ans injection therapy was applied with easing the sphincter ani in operation.Results:In the total 120 patients,112(93 3%) are cured;eight(6 67%) have obvious effect with the treatment course of 14 to 25 days(average 16 5 days).At follow up after ahalf year of the procedure in 93 patients with following up result,except for 3 anal dampness seldom in three patients,no anal fissure and stricture of anus occurred.Conclusion:Ablation and ligature of primary hemorrhoid area eliminated the primary hemorroid associated with injection,which is less damage to tissue and had better effect without sequela after operation,sphincter ani is not secreted in the procedure which can prevent the long term recurrence.
