急性心肌梗死尿激酶溶栓治疗免疫功能的变化

摘　　要：观察３６例急性心肌梗死（ＡＭＩ）患者的尿激酶（ＵＫ）静脉溶栓治疗前后免疫功能的变化。结果显示，ＡＭＩ患者的ＩｇＧ，Ｃ３水平明显高于健康对照组，经２周治疗后症状明显减轻，同时ＩｇＧ，Ｃ３水平也明显下降，说明患者的免疫功能得到了调整，提示，ＩｇＧ，Ｃ３水平的高低可能与患者心梗病程有一定关系。Immuntity function were measured before and after thrombolytic treament with intravenous UK in 36 patience suffering from acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The results showed that the acute myocardial infarction IgG、and C3 group had significantly biger patency rates than in good health, after two weeks treat clearly symptom lighten. At the same time IgG and C3 level descended clearly. Suggesting in immunity function in Patients had regulate. The change in IgG and C3 level descended clearly. Suggesting in immunity function in patents had regulate. The change in IgG and C3 were correlated possibly with the degree of damage of the cardiac muscle.
