Y型通风采空区风流和瓦斯分布数值模拟研究

摘　　要：目前,很多煤矿开始运用两进一回Y型通风方式(机巷和风巷进风,沿空留巷回风),来解决上隅角和回风巷瓦斯浓度超限的问题。为了掌握Y型通风采空区风流与瓦斯运移的分布规律,根据现场实际首先运用Gambit建立了两进一回Y型通风采空区物理模型,并进行网格划分,然后运用Fluent软件对两进一回Y型通风方式采空区漏风流场、漏风量(沿采空区边界风速分布)、自燃三带和瓦斯浓度分布进行数值模拟研究。通过模拟结果得出了,两进一回Y型回采工作面采空区漏风流场、漏风量(沿采空区边界风速分布)、自燃三带和瓦斯浓度分布的一般规律,为治理上隅角、回风巷瓦斯超限及采空区遗煤自燃和瓦斯爆炸提供了理论依据。At present,many coal mines began to use the Y-type ventilation with two intake airways and one return.To solve the problem of gas beyond in upper corner and return airway.In order to master air leakage into goaf and distribution of gas migration regularities,at first,physical model of gob of Y type ventilation was established by Gambit and grid partition,and then the Fluent software was used to research on numerical simulation of distribution of air flow,air leakage,spontaneous three zones and distribution of gas in gob of y-type ventilation mining working face.the simulation results shows the regularities of air flow,air leakage,spontaneous three zones and distribution of gas in gob of y-type ventilation mining working face.It has greatly important theoretical and practical significance for increasing the gas drainage efficiency,control gas beyond in upper corner,preventing the spontaneous combustion in gob and gas explosion.
