摘  要:大闸蟹作为深受消费者喜爱的水产品之一,在水产品市场中占有的份额稳步上升,大闸蟹行业正在蓬勃迅速地发展。运用产业经济学中SCP框架对大闸蟹行业的产业组织进行全面分析,认为在市场结构方面,大闸蟹行业属于极高寡占型,规模经济较明显,技术壁垒少,产品差别化水平较高;在市场行为方面,大闸蟹行业差别定价,广告投入较高,重视品牌投入,兼并存在一定风险;在市场绩效方面,大闸蟹行业利润持续上升,生产效率高。依此从销售途径、营销人才、政策引导、品质的角度提出相应的建议。As one of the consumer's the favouritest aquatic products, the hairy crabs market possession is steadily rising in aquatic products. The industry of hairy crabs develops rapidly. Using industry economics frame called SCP to analysis industrial organization of the hairy crabs completely, it is concluded that in the market structure, the hairy crabs industry belongs to extremely high oligopolistic, of apparent scale and benefit, less technical barriers, and high differentiation. In the market behavior, the hairy crabs industry uses difference pricing, higher advertising investment, great attention to brand investment, but some risks exist in mergence. In the market performance, the hairy crabs industry profits keep to rise and production efficiency high. In addition, from the sales approach, sales marketing talents, policy guidance and the quality corresponding proposal was put forward.
