略论观念文化的作用和价值

摘　　要：观念文化是由科学知识、道德、艺术所构成的有机系统,观念文化的作用即科学知识、道德、艺术的作用。科学知识的作用在于为人类实践活动提供合乎规律的知识,从而使人的实践活动获得成功。道德的作用在于通过规范调整方方面面的关系,从而使人在有序的活动中实现目的。而艺术的作用在于使活动主体超越功利性而得到提升。它们的相互联结构成人的实践活动不可或缺的重要因素。观念文化有工具性的一面,即满足活动主体活动的需要。然而观念文化的价值不仅在于其工具价值方面,还在于目的方面,即为人的存在与发展提供内在根据。The concept culture is an organic system posed by the scientific knowledge,morality,art. The role of the concept culture,namely the role of scientific knowledge,ethics,art. The role of scientific knowledge is in line with the knowledge of thd laws of human activities,in order to make the activity succeed. The role of morality lies in thd specification to adjust all aspects of the lelationship, thus making the ordered activities to achieve thd prupose. The role of the artistic activities of the principal is to be enhanced beyond the utilitarian. They are interconnected so that the concept culture has become an indispensable factor of human activity. This factor being used, that is to meet the needs of human＇s activities to achieve its instrumental value. However, the value of the concept culture is not only in its tools, but also in objective aspect, namely for human existence and development to provide essential basis.
