喉Reinke′s水肿的诊断和手术治疗

摘　　要：为提高喉 Reinke′s水肿的诊断水平和手术治疗效果 ,本文对 1 991～ 1 997年间的 3 3例喉Reinke′s水肿病例进行回顾性分析 ,并对喉 Reinke′s水肿的病因、命名、诊断和手术疗效进行了进一步探讨。Thirty three patients with laryngeal Reinke′s Oedema were treated in our department from 1992 to 1998.There were 16 males and 17 females,ranging in age from 32to 68 years.The endoscopic examination was applied to all of these patients for diagnosis.The clinical feature of Reinke′s Oedema was localized in 5,extensive in 28.Undergone microsurgery,21 cases were followed up to half year.Results showed that the cure rate was 90 5%(19/21).The pathogeny of Reinke′s Oedema and treatment were discussed in detail.
