摘　　要：JTRS系统是美军国防部采用统一开放标准和结构化设计的系列化战术软件电台解决方案。JTRS系统上均可部署传统电台波形及新型移动组网波形。新型SCA电台参考JTRS系列电台设计,采用通用化多用途的硬件平台,基于软件无线电架构,通过新一代战术组网波形大幅提升战术通信保障能力,并进一步优化战术通信装备体系。重点分析了MANET环境下JTRS电台应用场景及波形部署关系,提供了一种新型SCA电台的分析与设计方案。JTRS （Joint Tactical Radio System） is the Department of Defense＇ s （DoD） solution to the a family of tactical SDRs based on common open standards and architectures. JTRS accommodates all traditional and new mobile ad hoc networking waveforms. This novel SCA radio, based on generalized and multi-purpose hardware platform and through new tactical networking waveforms, improves the tactical communication capability and the use efficiency of tactical equipment system. This paper emphatically studies the application scenarios of typical implementation schemes and the disposition of tactical networking waveforms for the Joint Tactical Radio System under MANET environment, and proposes an analysis and design scheme of a novel SCA tactical radio.
