摘 要:建立基于MSC.ADAMS的采煤机截割部虚拟样机模型,对其进行刚柔混合动力学分析,找出了摇臂易破坏区域,得出了该区域的应力情况,分析结果表明使用过程中摇臂具有过高的安全系数;得出了调高油缸的压力与采高、采高与调高油缸的行程之间的对应关系,为接下来的摇臂有限元分析提供参考。Based on virtual prototyping software MSC. ADAMS, the virtual prototyping model of cutting part of coal shearer was established,the rigid-flexible multi-body dynamic model was analyzed, the easy damaged position of the ranging arm was found out, the stress condition of this area was obtained. The analysis results show that the ranging arm has exorbitant safety coefficient. The corresponding relationships of the pressure and stroke of hydraulic height adjustment cylinder with the mining height were obtained, which could provide reference for finite element analysis of ranging arm.
