摘 要:在HyperMesh中建立了杜瓦顶盖的有限元模型,通过对原始顶盖模型进行受力分析,可知原模型存在不合理之处。为获得更加合理的结构,建立了基于变密度法的拓扑优化数学模型,利用OptiStruct求解器对顶盖进行拓扑优化设计,得到顶盖最优的加强筋布置形式。并在拓扑优化结果的基础上对顶盖的厚度进行尺寸优化,以求达到顶盖的刚度最大时用料最少的结果。The finite element model of a dewar cover was set up in HyperMesh, and the analysis of the finite element model showed that the model was unreasonable. In order to obtain a more reasonable structure, a topology optimization mathematical model of the dewar cover which was based on variable density method was established, and the topology optimization design was carried out by OptiStruct solver, and a scheme of ribs layout was got. Based on the results of topology optimization, the size optimization of the cover was accomplished, in order to achieve the maximum stiffness of top cover with the minimum weight.
